I do these things on my lip – usually my lower lip. I only get once in a given time, although I once had two separate channels simultaneously. Will start as a hard lump on my lower lip, about 1.4 to 1.3 cm in diameter. 1-2 days later, will be red, raised and tender, and 3-4 days after ulceration is a red, raw skin where the top has fallen away. At this point it will be very slight oozing of clear fluid, and the bark can. It will be completely healed after a week to ten days.
Reasons why I do not think that oral herpes / cold sores:
1) The package does not occur on the edge of my lips. It sits right above the center of my lips – the rose. See these photos so you understand:

2) Never pass in groups
3) It is never a blister
4) It is a big bump that becomes an ulcer. It is unlike any I've seen pictures of cold sores.
Nobody seems to know what it is. And NO, I can not afford a doctor who diagnosed me IRL. I have no chance to live in a country with universal health care.
Solution:
It is the herpes virus – HSV-1 (oral herpes) without doubt.
Always appear in the same place, they appear as cracks in the skin, bumps, blisters and ulcers. Herpes sores heal in the time frame you described. Do not always look like the pictures online – in fact, most of them do not.
Whatever you do, DO NOT touch the sore with your fingers. You can pass the virus on the other side of his face.
Here are some things you can do to cure:
1-Mix 3 aspirins with a little water to make a paste. Use a ball Q-tip/cotton for flounder on the lip – and leaves it reapply frequently. Helps dry. Aspirin is an anti-inflammatory and analgesic, and therefore reduces pain.
Cover with 2-RAW dark honey – should be RAW – about $ 5 at the food store / grocery. Apply with a Q-tip, and reapply frequently. This wound heal 43% faster than antiviral drugs!
3-Get some Carmex in the pharmacy – less than $ 2 is applied with a Q-tip. Made for cold sores and as good as anything on the market that is more expensive.
4-Make some tea into a cup (green tea is best, black will do). Steep and cool. Apply the tea to the wound frequently.
Or any other home remedies at source "below the people have some good advice for dealing with cold sores there. NO, NO spam! I use it all the time for all sorts of things!
