Ive tried alcohol and zit cream and just want the redness gone by tonight!

Solution:

The more you rub and mess with them will become redder.
I have two suggestions for you.
First. Bleack a cap full of hot water 1 cup. Use a swab of stain on the zits.
Using bleach is dry grains. You can dry the skin and if ou do more than one
few times.

Second. Try epsen salt. Make a paste sprinkled. This will also help to dry up. Remember to remove
instead of rubbing.
