How I can get thinner legs, not muscle. SKINNY legs MUSCULAR legs. Just to give some exercises or diet or something. I'm not fat I'm 5'3 and a half and weighs 113 pounds. I think my legs are too big and muscular and I hate them: (please help!
eating less will not make my legs less muscular, and not exercising with weights on his legs to gain more muscle in the legs and so that's not what I'm trying to do
Solution:
Learn to accept your body. If you were born with a "muscular" lower body exercise is not going to change that.
