Ways to visibly reduce KP on arms and legs?

I have only 18 years and have had to cope with KP on the back of the arms and legs for a few years. It's so embarrassing and makes me so shy he does not feel comfortable wearing skirts or shorts, etc all that often. I've been using this material called Glytone and seems to help a little as a day but then returns to normal. I know that there is no cure for the Kyoto Protocol, but there are other ways to reduce the appearance of it? I heard tan (internal or external) can help but do not want to spend all the money in that unless I know that would work? I know of a way might not work for everyone, but if you have worked at least one person, you want to try it because I'm pretty desperate at this point ..

Solution:

Hello!
I suffer from KP too. It is very embarrassing, especially in adolescence. I noticed my KP is bad in the winter, but in the summer, I'm always out. Sunlight must somehow cover up or burn the Kyoto Protocol. My KP has been reduced to one-highlighted by the sun. I saw a dermatologist about it and she prescribed a cream that helps. The intention is for acne, but it works well for PK. Constant attention is required however. Personally, I think sun is better than the cream but not use the cream as I do. He also told me the name of a moisturizing lotion to buy and told me to use soap sensitive skin. I'll be home around 1:00 PM EST and I will have all names of creams, lotions and soaps and I write an email with the names, where to obtain them, and instructions. KP is a very difficult thing to live. I have him in my arms and cheeks. People always ask why my cheeks are red. haha. But as you get older, they will gradually disappear. The disease that the world write email 1ish. Be careful.
